Ordering
Orders can be placed using our "add to cart" buttons and online Paypal shopping cart or you can contact customer service and place your order over the phone.

Payment can be made using any of the methods described below.

Payment Methods
Payment can be made using Paypal, Personal Checks, and Money Orders (credit cards can be used through Paypal).  You do not need to have a Paypal account to purchase items; simply click the "Continue" link by the credit card images at the bottom of the first checkout page.  Orders paid for using personal checks and money orders will be held until payment has been received at our offices (please see our Cancellations policy below).

International Orders
We ship to international (non USA) destinations!  Due to the cost and possible delays involved with international shipments we will contact you via email with the cost of your shipment.

Duties & Taxes
Spagyric Arts is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated import fees that your country may impose.  These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipments Held At or Disposed By Your Country's Customs Office
We do our best to deliver your order to you as you ordered it.  Your country's customs office may hold, search, quarantine, or dispose of items in your order based on the laws of your country.  Resolution of such situations is not the responsibility of Spagyric Arts and you, the buyer, must resolve the issue directly with your customs office.  Furthermore it is the responsibility of you, the buyer, to know which items are allowed into your country.  Spagyric Arts will not issue a refund or replacement for items disposed by your customs office.

Infestation Policy
All natural materials can be subject to insect infestation.  We do our utmost to ensure that our products reach you free of live insect and parasitic activity.  We use appropriate good hygiene practices as we clean, dry, and store our herbal products.  Our worm castings are deep frozen for a minimum of 5 days which does not affect the bioactive properties of the castings, but it does ensure that any insects and their eggs, are killed.  This does not mean however that the herbal & castings products you purchased will stay pest free during your ownership.  Please store your products in appropriate containers and follow common sense storage practices.  Worm castings are shipped slightly damp to preserve the bioactive characteristics.  Please do not store damp castings in tightly sealed containers.  If minor insect infestation is found, freeze the goods immediately at a temperature below 30 degrees for at least 3 days.  Refund requests for infested merchandise must be made within 15 days.  Infestations occurring after 15 days becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser.  Spagyric Arts will not be liable for any expense or damage incurred as a result of an infestation beyond the dollar value of the merchandise purchased.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so by contacting us via phone or email.  Your order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped.  For orders that have shipped, please see our return policy below.  Check and Money Order orders will be automatically cancelled if the funds have not arrived in our office within 10 days of the order placement.

Discrepancies & Shortages
If your order is received with any notable discrepancies or shortages, please contact our customer service team immediately.  We will be happy to compensate or remediate your order when notified of a discrepancy or shortage within 15 days of our invoice date.  Requests for compensation after 15 days of the invoice date will not be honored.

Returns
We want to do everything possible to ensure you are happy with the merchandise you order from Spagyric Arts.  If you are unhappy with the products you received, please contact our customer service team so that we can correct the problem.  If you still wish to return the products you may do so within 30 days of your purchase, but you must contact customer service to obtain a return authorization.  Returned products that do not have a valid return authorization will be refused.

Please note: we are unable to accept returns for international orders or on sealed products where the seal has been broken.  All shipping charges incurred for returning merchandise to Spagyric Arts is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Out of Stock and Sold Items
You may notice that occasionally an item may be marked as "Out of Stock".  To ensure the freshness and vitality of our products we only keep a small, constantly rotating, stock.  If you are looking for an out of stock item or an item that you do not see on our web pages, please contact customer service.  It may be that the herb you are looking for has just been harvested and is currently drying!  If an item you ordered is out of stock we will contact you to let you know and discuss your options.

Our art and jewelry are handcrafted one of a kind designs, so when they are sold, they are gone.  We will often keep these items on display with a "Sold" indicator.  If you see a particular art or jewelry item that you must have, but it is marked sold, please contact customer service and request a custom order.  You can also use design elements from different items to help you create a custom design for us to produce just for you!  Please contact customer service and request a custom order.

Backorders
We do not issue backorders.  If for some reason there is insufficient stock to fulfill your order, we will contact you.  Please see our out of stock policy above.
Shipping
All domestic (USA) orders will be shipped the most cost effective method unless otherwise specified on your order form.  Shipments to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes) will be sent via the US Postal Service.  You may choose to have DHL, FedEx, and UPS shipments billed directly to your carrier account number by calling in your order and providing your carrier account number.  Due to issues of incorrect account numbers in the past, we regretfully must levy an additional $10 handling charge for such requests.

Domestic Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are set up to cover our costs and are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping Charges
Because International shipping costs are considerably higher, we will rate your shipment and issue a Paypal invoice for the additional costs.  This shipping-charge invoice must be paid prior to our releasing your purchase to the carrier.
